Student Housing

Where and how students will live while attending DeVry University, is critical to their success.  DeVry has partnered with RnR Real Estate Marketing, LLC to provide a living environment that offers a shared experience with an emphasis on maintaining a quality atmosphere that is conducive to studying.

RnR’s Student Housing Program is ideal for single students.  Costs are minimized for students by housing three or four students in two-bedroom apartments.

Students are matched based on similar interests and lifestyles, as determined by the pre-lease application information provided by each student.

The apartments are conveniently located near the school and are on public transportation.  Each student is on an individual lease and is therefore responsible for his/her lease payments and will not face additional charges for vacancy or non-payment by roommates.

Rental costs vary as students have the option of sharing a bedroom (Option A) or, for an increased cost, having a private bedroom.  Each apartment is furnished with a standard furniture package; the cost of which is included in  the rent.  Reasonable utility costs are also included in the rent.  Telephone and cable installation and service are not included and are the responsibility of the residents.

For students not wishing to live in student housing, RnR will assist them - free of charge - in finding a suitable rental.
